Include a "View in Primo" link on holdings panel for "In Your Institution" items
When viewing an item that is already owned by the library, the Holdings panel displays some limited holdings information, such as item location and availability. It would be helpful for selectors if a link to view the item in Primo was available on this panel as well so they can view more detailed item/holdings information.
22 votesHello Alec,
I believe this is already supported from the "Holdings" panel. For electronic items, you should be able to click on the "Active" link and then on the ellipses, to see the option to "view in discovery," which takes you to Primo. For print items, you also click on the availability statement, "1 of 1 Available" for instance. This will take you to the bibliographic information about the title in your catalog, including a link to the MARC record.
Let me know if you have any questions, or follow up remarks.
Best regards,
Heidi Whitehead

Remove delays for duplicate orders
Currently electronic portfolios are delayed from becoming active when identified as a duplicate by the system, even when they are requested from rapid partners.
It should not matter if an item is a duplicate or not they should still be activated in keeping with service agreements.
18 votesThis is supported by a combination of ProQuest-side system configuration (to prevent delays for duplicates) and the "Allow duplicate" checkbox (to control approval within Rialto). This issue should be resolved; if you are still experiencing delays when ordering duplicate electronic titles, please contact support and instruct them to remove the duplicate check from ebooks.

rush
Option for institution to be able to remove the 'rush' option from the Shelf Ready section of the order cart.
Not all book suppliers offer a rush service, and even if they do the extra charges aren't always known to the selector.
18 votesHello,
There are two existing options to prevent the rush option from appearing in the cart.
You can use a cart customization to hide the rush option for individual or all users, or you can contact customer support to fully disable the rush option.

Additional order reject reasons.
Please add additional options for order reject reasons or an "Other" option where the approver can provide additional details. There are occasions when our approver needs to order titles from an outside vendor. In these instances, our approver currently selects "Duplicate order," and this leads to confusion among our selectors.
16 votesYou can configure additional statuses via Alma's "Purchase Request Reject Reasons" and they will appear in Rialto. For more information, see:

In Others' List/In Others' Cart
It would be useful to be able to see somehow whose list or cart the item is in, not just that it is in someone else's list/cart.
2 votesHello Amanda,
We already support showing the name of the cart owner, I'm attaching an image that shows "demo rialto" which is the user in our demo account. Regarding showing the list owner, this is not something we can support, we do show the name of the list, however.
Thank you for submitting your idea.

Add IGI Global as an e-book ordering platform option
IGI Global content is available via other platforms but it would be great to order directly and get unlimited access.
1 voteIGI Global is one of the supported platforms in Rialto--it just needs to be enabled for your institution. Please reach out to ProQuest.

Allow searching and sorting by price
Allow to sort titles by price when browsing the marketplace. It would make it easier if you've got a limited amount of budget left to find a title within that price range.
1 voteRanking profiles allow you to set one or more sorting methods for lists of results, including price. These profiles can be used to sort offer lists, feeds, title alerts, curated lists, etc.

Cancellation notification to client if POL is not able to be supplier - Rialto
When creating a POL in Rialto, there is no functionality that enables the system to notify a client if a title is cancelled.
Manual intervention is required to notify a client if the title is cancelled within ALMA.1 voteWhen an order is cancelled, Rialto generates a user notification to users with the role Rialto Manager. If you're not receiving a notification and it is appropriate for your role, you can have that role assigned to your user.
For more information about notifications, including this "Cancelled order" notification, see:

Allow Customization of Messages from Rialto
We'd like the ability to manage the Rialto messages like the Alma letters. The Rialto messaging for a Title Set Alert is a bit vague. Also, for our institution, the link in the message does not work.
