Remove delays for duplicate orders
Currently electronic portfolios are delayed from becoming active when identified as a duplicate by the system, even when they are requested from rapid partners.
It should not matter if an item is a duplicate or not they should still be activated in keeping with service agreements.

This is supported by a combination of ProQuest-side system configuration (to prevent delays for duplicates) and the "Allow duplicate" checkbox (to control approval within Rialto). This issue should be resolved; if you are still experiencing delays when ordering duplicate electronic titles, please contact support and instruct them to remove the duplicate check from ebooks.
