Possibility to re-loan an item after the max. renewals possible at the pick-up library
We would like to have a parameterization option that allows the following: Items requested with Rapido that have reached the maximum renewal possibilities can be re-loaned at the pick-up library without having to be returned to the owning library – if there is no other reservation on that specific item.

That means: Rapido should check if there is a reservation on that specific item. If yes, Rapido sends a warning message.
