If a Book Chapter Lending request arrives in Alma with any of the following in the Pages field: ALL, WHOLE, N/A, 100% or 1-300 etc…or with the Book Title in the Chapter Title field (in addition to the Book Title), it should be possible to configure Rapid to automatically block such requests. Currently, they are sent to other libraries who need to Reject them or send Bad Citation, creating extra work and delay.
