    Yes, we are always verifying with our patrons as to what exactly did they want eg a chapter or a book.

    perhaps to have multiple options available for the patron to select in order of preference eg 1 digital chapter 2 physical book 3 library purchases a digital book

    and to clearly differentiate between an ILL digital chapter request and an ILL digital book request. And for those who don't lend/borrow digital books via ILL, for library admin to have the choice to disable/block ILL digital book requests.
