Create separate reference types for television shows and streamed videos (as they are required to be referenced differently)
TV shows and YouTube videos MUST be referenced differently. People can be marked down and have articles rejected because of YOUR oversight.
Here's an idea: go through a list of referencing styles and make sure that RefWorks is able to produce references for EVERY type of source listed there. How can any student or researcher use your product if it can't reference ordinary everyday sources? I can't reference newspaper articles with no author because RefWorks just puts ANONYMOUS at the front of the reference, when it should be the name of the paper. I could move the name of the paper to the front of the reference for ALL my references, but that would mess up the ones with authors.
