Quick cite
On the old Refworks, one can easily search for multiple references across folders, insert them in the pop up and paste over to inside the body of the document being worked on, and then upload the document to format both the in-text citations and create a final reference list. However, this functionality appears lost in the new Refworks - the pop-up quick cite does not display all references but only 50 at a time, and when one needs to select multiple references to insert as citations and scrolls to the next page, the references copied on the previous pages disappear. This needs sorted. Lastly, the "upload document" feature to upload a document so that all in-text citations get formatted and a final reference list gets created was great and is lost now in the new version - many workplaces do not allow downloading of add-ons such as write and cite to work devices, so would be good to retain these aspects of the old Refworks in the new version.
