Allowing tags to be searched across shared folders
The professor was using a RefWorks shared folder for a class where the entire class worked on the bibliography for a major data research project. Each student needed to get credit for the number of good references they found so they tagged their references with their name. The professor found she couldn't search for the names to see all that student's references since tag search was limited to the tags she created. Our workaround was to create a shared project rather than a shared folder. That then meant all tags were shared. It's not necessarily a problem without a solution, but it wasn't immediately clear what the problem was.

Users may search Tags across all folders, including shared folders.

With a shared folder for a team, we're all adding references and trying to keep them organized. We initially used tags and then learned that they were account specific so other team members can't see our tags. However, tags are the best way to organize and search the entries. When added in shared folder, tags should be visible to all.
