  1. Why are you making us vote on new referencing styles when you should just have all of the ones listed already available?

For example, Birmingham City University suggests that Audiovisual media should be separated into these categories:

    Films
    Television Programmes
    Videos from Streaming Services
    Vodcasts
    Educational Videos
    Videos from Online Video Platforms
    Social Media Videos
    Webinars
    Live Performances (Musical)
    Live Performances (Non-Musical)

    UCL suggests these:

    Film
    Online video
    Podcast
    Radio and internet radio
    Television advertisement
    Television programme
    Video game

I'm assuming these universities pay to license your software - so why aren't you providing the functionality that their students need? Why won't you give us the ability to create our own bespoke styles if you refuse to do it?

  2. Ability to create a personal referencing style which includes descriptive links rather than raw links

It would be great to be able to include a descriptive link to an article in a reference (e.g. the link appears as the title of the article or at the end of the reference as 'access article here'). Currently, it is only possible to include raw link in custom reference styles.

  3. Set candidate duplicates as "no duplicates"

While deduplicating records that have been suggested as duplicates and that I have recognised as not being real duplicates accumulate at the beginning of each new page. They can become a hindrance, so it would be useful that there is a way to tell RefWorks that those records ARE NOT duplicates, so it would stop displaying them in deduplication pages.

  4. Add new field for translated books

Could you please consider adding new fields; publisher and published year of translated version? Some bibliographies for books require them of ranslated version besides original version.

I'd like to be able to archive the infrequently used folders. So that the list does not occupy so much. it would be something similar to what we do in outlock "archived folders".
