Write-n-cite search "function" improvement
Am I the only one who thinks the Write-n-cite "insert citation"-window functionality is horrible?
Please,
1) add a possibility re-size the window such that you can see more than just two references.
2) allow proper search function - at minimum a possibility to search by typing two author names but preferably also words from any field in the reference.
Currently I see only two lines
and (maybe I'm doing this wrong but anyway) can only search by single author (surname).

1. Resizing the window is supported
2. The search function will not be updated, however we will improve the search function in RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM), which is for Word 2016 and above. There is a new idea for that on which you can vote.

EXAMPLE FROM RESEARCHER: "The issue has to do with the size of the field provided for the selection of references to insert – we do not always see enough information about the different references to choose the correct one for insertion. This happens when we require different versions of the same document type – for instance, if we are referencing older and newer versions of product information, the dates do not show in the field, so the references look identical (which makes sense because the title, author, etc. are the same, but only the document date or the page numbers are different). You may remember that I have identified this as an issue in each of the previous testing phases for RefWorks ProQuest. "
If we can't do multi-field or boolean searching, then we need to see more info to choose the right item. If we can't re-size the window, then we need to be able to pull the exact item needed in a precise way.
