New RefWorks identifies some Japanese (or non-English) references as duplication even when they are not duplicated.
Improvement of DeDuplication for Non-English language references is expected.

I find that the deduplication function is not working that well. Often I get no results even though I can see that I have duplicates in my account. A good deduplication is essential when doing a review
