Does "has been added" mean the collection is in the process of being added? I just searched the CZ and didn't find it.

My name is Elijah Rainwater from EBSCO Technical Support. We were informed that ExLibris is still working on getting Education Source Ultimate added into the Alma cz knowledgebase, and I was forwarded the link to this page to check on the status.

Reading through the notes, I could see that this was delayed and you were still working on ~1,000 titles as they do not have identifiers. I am happy to see that this collection is planned to be added at the end of July 2024, and we wanted to make sure you didn't need anything else from EBSCO in getting this collection added.

If you are encountering any troubles in implementing this database into your Alma portal, please let EBSCO Support know and we are happy to assist if there are any issues adding the records into the Alma portal.

If you are having issues, you can create a case with us over email the way ExLibris reps normally submit cases, or you can call our support line (800-758-5995), and we can create a case for you that way.

@Tamar, it sounds like the "cleanup in our Alma Idea Exchange system that will take place in April" closes out this unresolved Idea Exchange. Does this mean that Clarivate/ExLibris will not resolve the issue that prevents this Ebsco package from being added to the CZ (Comunity Zone)? PLEASE RESPOND.

I would like to see an update on this as well. We recently acquired ESU.

Please provide an update on this. My ticket from the Content Management Team at ExLibris, said to watch the progress on this Idea Exchange. Please update us.

Is there anything Ebsco could do to improve the title list to help this process resolve more quickly? Can I do anything to facilitate communication? I'm sure there are channels between Ebsco and Ex Libris, don't want to overstep. Is this normal for Ebsco title lists to pose difficulties on ingest? Feel free to contact me directly if I can be of help here.
