We also would like to track which staff person has imported a bibliographic record when it says SYSTEM.

I agree. It currently requires extensive labor time to fill this field in for all of the DATABASE electronic collection types when extracting this from analytics. I have added a screenshot of the fields I want added from the electronic collection.
We use Analytics to run reports that demonstrate how our library supports certain programs at our university. When Analytics does not recognize valid LC classifications, it appears that our library does not fully support the curriculum. This is troublesome and very unfortunate for any library that joined the Alma community after 2015.
ExLibris, kindly update which free LCC listing you use to authenticate the LC classification codes. Here is a more comprehensive and up to date version (May 2024), which has been continually updated since 2015:
https://www.loc.gov/aba/publications/FreeLCC/freelcc.html
The version you currently use, https://www.loc.gov/aba/cataloging/classification/lcco/ has not been updated since 2014.
Relying on a no longer updated classification schedule is very poor customer service, in my opinion and negatively impacts our library.
