Permalink popups get in the way.
Permalink popups on each records get in the way and hide the clear button when we bring up the permalink window.
And when we tried to click the clear button, cursors and popups blink and do not look very good. I hope that it will be modified.

Fixed in the June 5 2024 monthly maintenance release.

I agree that it needs to be addressed and I'm going to open a Support Case as well, because this feels more like a bug than something that requires voting. Case # 07105549, if you'd like to reference it in your own Support case.
