You can download a .csv file of the databases from the Recommender > Databases from the Summon Admin, sort and update the file as you'd like and then upload it.

Aside from creating a search scope (my earlier comment) for print journals using shelving location(s), you can construct and share pre-filtered Advanced Search queries. For example:
eJournals only query - Selects the Full Text Online refinement and the Journal/eJournal Content Type:
https://ptsem.summon.serialssolutions.com/#!/advanced?fvf=ContentType,Journal%20%2F%20eJournal,f%7CIsFullText,true,f&q=Journals only query - Selects the Library Locations that contain periodicals and the Content Type Journal/eJournal.:
https://ptsem.summon.serialssolutions.com/#!/advanced?fvf=ContentType,Journal%20%2F%20eJournal,f%7CLibrary,Lower%20Level%20-%20Large%20Periodical%20Folios,f%7CLibrary,Lower%20Level%20-%20Periodical%20Folios,f%7CLibrary,Lower%20Level%20-%20Periodicals,f&q=An error occurred while saving the comment Virginia Dearborn commented
We do this with a search scope based on shelving locations for print journals.

This would be in addition to the formats listed here: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/360_Services/360_Core_Client_Center/0Product_Documentation/Manage_Your_Data/Client_Center%3A_The_Database_Details_Page/360_Core_and_Intota%3A_Valid_Date_Formats

The verbatim search (introduced in the August 7, 2024 release) seems to work for "coming out"=
However, it ignores the second word in a search for "aging out"= or "called out"=
Here's the result for the book I was looking for with the above search: https://go.exlibris.link/8M4tPChq

The Idea at the URL referenced above reads: Enable the admin to remove the "Request" (Place Hold) button and functionality from the search results.

Here's an example use case. There are two copies of the same book. One is checked out but the other is on the shelf. Since our library does not allow borrowers to request items available on the shelf, it would be nice if the Request button did not display here.
N.B. Sierra via Summon will correctly prevent the borrower from actually requesting the book, which is a good thing. However, it would just be nice not to "taunt" them with a button that offers the prospect that they could request it.

I agree this would be a helpful enhancement. If I'm understanding the Idea correctly, I might describe it this way:
As a patron, I would like to see the language in the RTA status and location match the language I have selected for the Summon UI.
This will help patrons better understand at a glance the availability and location of library materials in Summon search results, because that information will match the language context they have chosen for Summon overall.
Real Time Availability (RTA) information can be picked up a number of ways - https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Summon/Product_Documentation/Searching_in_The_Summon_Service/Search_Results/Summon%3A_Real-Time_Availability_of_Items_in_Library_Catalog
I don't know if the technical requirements of this enhancement would involve a reworking of the RTA configuration so that all RTA data transfers include a language selection as part of the information passed back and forth between Summon and the local catalog, or if it might involve additional controls in the Summon Admin - Translations and/or Mapping. It would need to work for all Summon customers, including Summon over Alma sites.

Here's what the translate settings look like when you go to the full Chrome Settings area.

I agree that this would be helpful. In the meantime,
In exploring this with some colleagues, we discovered that the Chrome browser (I haven't tried others for this), can do some translation of the whole search results screen, including the Real Time Availability information! Notice that in the screenshot Italian is still appearing as the selected language in the Summon UI but Chrome has translated everything into English.
I clicked on the 3 dot menu in Chrome, clicked Translate, and selected English.
You might need to select a different language in the Summon UI and then use Chrome to translate based on the browser settings in order to see what I'm describing.

We were recently requesting something along these lines (Case 07129088) and would love to see an enhancement that allows libraries to label/translate added entries from the MARC 7xx and have those names indexed AND displayed so that, as you describe, researcher will be able to click on the indexed name from one record and get all of the others. In our case, we worded it this way: "[7xx] mapped to ‘Contributors’ and to display on the Detail Page whenever present in the record; we do not want search only if possible.... We think it is confusing to the end-user to search a contributor name [get relevant search results] and for [the contributor] not to display."

We are currently working with Support to accomplish this with a script in the Custom Panels, https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Summon/Knowledge_Articles/What_kinds_of_things_can_a_library_put_in_Summon_Custom_Panels%3F#Create_a_Hidden_Panel_To_Run_Additional_JavaScript_without_Referencing_a_Hosted_File

It would be very helpful for the Book/eBook content type filter (and related refinements) to include "conference proceeding", "manuscript" and "Dissertation/Thesis". Examples from our library include:
"The Finality of the Gospel"
What you see at the top of this filtered search is a "Best Bet" that I created manually to improve discoverability:and "Shadows of the Soul"

In our Summon at least, we seem to have the Custom Database Names displaying now.
