OBI usage statistics : scheduling reports for email delivery
It should be great if we can schedule usage reports to be sent automatically to a special email address every mounth
Moving this back to no status and adding a note to clarify. For Summon over Alma customers, we can schedule delivery of reports via email. But currently OBI statistics from the Summon UI are not covered under these reports.
This idea covers reports and usage outside of Alma.

Summon Usage Statistics are accessed via the Summon Admin Console (usage tab). This means a very high-level permission (General Systems Admin) is necessary to access basic reports, statistics and analytics.
Can the Summon OAS instance be joined with the Alma/Leganto OAS instances so that Summon reports can be scheduled? This would allow a wider array of library staff to gather and process Summon usage stats? Thanks,

Just to add from the customer`s perspective. Lack of possibility to get scheduled reports from Summon (without having Alma) is a pain in neck. EBSCO or other providers have this possibility as a standard. Now we are merely blind considering the end user behavior and need more information before making the decision of going either into Alma or anything else as an ultimate solution....

It is already possible to schedule Alma Analytics reports to be sent to recipients by email on a regular basis. See for example
