How can we improve Summon?

Offer the option of having the library location facet expanded by default

We would like to be able to have the libraries under LIBRARY LOCATION visible by default on the Summon results page

    There should be a collapse arrow to the right of those facets that are collapsed by default. An unseasoned Summon user would just think there are no Library Location facets to choose from since there is no indication that if you click the Title LIBRARY LOCATION a group of facets will display below it.

    We would also like this on by default. Students don't even notice the facet anymore so when looking for print books they get too many results and get frustrated looking for a book at their location..
