Make "Best Bets" show up when tag keywords are present in search, not just when there's an exact match
Right now, Best Bets show up when there's an exact match on tags, e.g., our job search assistance information shows up when someone searches "jobs" or "job search," etc., but not when someone searches "how can i look for jobs," etc. (unless we anticipate every situation where that tag word might be used). Could the Best Bets be brought up whenever keywords are present in the search, not just when there's an exact match?

I came across a frustrating example of excessively exact matching today. If a tag has an accented letter, searching by the same word but with the letter unaccented does not find the best bet. However it is not possible to add a tag with the same word(s) but with the letter unaccented.
