Make Hiding Incomplete Citations feature more flexible
There was a new feature in Leganto December 2019 release to hide incomplete citations. This feature has potential but can it be made more flexible so the Library can select which citation statuses to be shown to students and vice versa?
User Story:
As a librarian, our preference is for students to view all the citations besides issues that we need to verify with course instructor, e.g. copyright or licensing issues. It will be better if the Library can determine what citation statuses should be hidden from students.
Scenario 1 :
UNSW uses citation status of 'ILL Requested' or 'In Process' when sourcing a digitisation. In this circumstances, we still want students to be able to view the citation.
Scenario 2 :
UNSW uses citation status of ''Unable to source' or 'Sourcing Item availability' when course instructor gives a very vague or incorrect citation information. In this case, we don't want students to see the citation.

In terms of the 'student visibility' here, is this just hiding the citation altogether (declined but for a choice of citation statuses) or can you see a need for differentiating the content links/availability also?
