Want to see the groups a notification was sent to or is scheduled to go to.
Once you've scheduled or sent a notification to a group, there's no way to tell which group you've sent it to. It would be extremely helpful to be able to see that - so you can check that you sent it to the right groups.

App manager API
Can we have an API for doing certain tasks in the app manager. For example, for process automation, it'd be great if we could access the asset manager via an api, rather than through the web gui.
for example, if we have bulk map data, that we extract from our map datasource, and we automate the process of uploading the map data, it would make our automation much less risky, if we can call an api to create and/or remove folders from and upload position images to the asset manager.
This would remove my automation from relying on screen clicks…
6 voteswe have a wide range of APIS available to programmatically configure components of the app and user experiences.

Folders for Tiles
Briefly: Please add a "Folder" tile type that can group tiles together. Clicking on the Folder would show the contents of the folder, similar to the home screen.
Background: We have a large number of Tiles. There are several Product Integrations, a couple RSS, several AEKs and lots of Static Content. And we've only scratched the surface of what our individual department does. To expand to the entire university, we're going to need some way to group these together at least one step below the Home page. A similar User Interface exists on mobile devices to group multiple apps into…

Image Carousel Option For Banners
It would be great to have an image carousel option for the banners. Currently they are on a timer and the engagement from students are very low after the first banner. Most of the time they feel like it's too long to wait or timer is too quick to read and understand the information. Would be good to have an option where the user can swipe/click through the banners at their own pace.

Update homepage of Analytics to show all tiles in the list and graph.
Currently only 15 tiles are displayed in the list and chart of the analytics homepage. A seperate report needs to be downloaded to see the high level analytics for each tile. It would be better if this could show on the front page - it avoids the need to download a report each time I want to see a snapshot of the most popular or least used tiles for that month.

Configure Attendance check-in end allow for x minutes after start
Currently check-in end time is +/- minutes from end of class. Should also be able to configure it as + minutes from start of class.
With current config limitation it is not possible to have classes of varying length but set a fixed check-in window.

Attendance: Allow lecturer to select all students In Check-In
Allow a lecturer to check in a large list of students at once on the Check-in screen. The "Select all" button can be a useful feature.

Extension of feedback
I received this via the feedback option,
A problem has been reported with UCL Students -
xxxxxx ( xxxxxx.19@ucl.ac.uk ) reported the following problem:
The problem refers to the app
Problem category: Something Else
Model: SM-G975F 10Comments: My time table is not correct. It is not showing my labs for friday. It is showing an extra class on Wednesday from 9-11 which does not exist. The address for Monday's class is also wrong.
This only tells me the user has an Android device
Would it be possible to include the version of Android and campusM they are running ?…1 voteAdded in Feb 2023 release

Lecturer view and edit check-in history for greater than 7 days
Lecturers need to be able to edit checkin history for greater than 7 days. If is student is off sick e.g in hospital for 2 or 3 weeks and is not able to advise the lecturer until they return or are sufficiently well, there is no way for a lecturer to go back further than 7 days to edit. Should be able to go back further, even if it is week at a time.

Display total number of checked-in and non-checked-in students on Attendee List
The suggestion is to display the total number of checked-in and non-checked-in students on the Attendees list screen in the Lecture Check-In module (see attached).

Send notifications to users who are in one Group AND another Group
We are keen to use Notifications to target groups of students like:
All second years in a department
All UGs in a department
Students who are in the second year of a programme
Students who are on a module
Students who are taking at least one of a set of modulesCurrently we have groups based on our departments, year groups and level of study. We can send a notification to a single group of these but we don’t have a use case for this.
What we need to be able to select groups using AND. So the notification goes…

Make fingerprint login time-out configurable
The new fingerprint functionality allows you to enable/disable fingerprint sign in to the app, based on the fingerprints stored in your mobile devices (if available). The annoying behavior for this, is that it will ask you to re-fingerprint every time you get back to the app (e.g. switch to another app, and get back to CampusM 2 seconds later re-triggers fingerprint).
Please allow for a configurable time-out timer during which re-authentication with fingerprint will not be necessary.

Send notifications to list of e-mail addresses / student names
Please look into the possibility of optimising the notification functionality, so that notifications can easily be sent to individuals based on name / Id / e-mail address, rather than groups. The only way to currently do this is to manually search for a name / e-mail, and add users 1 by 1, but we'd like the ability to do this as a bulk add, based on a list of multiple inputs.

Restrict Creative Studio templates and components to institutions branded templates
In Creative Studio the template library should be restricted so that editors can only see and use the branded templates that institutions have created.
The drag and drop elements should be restricted as well to only show our branded components.

Have personalisation stored permanently for users
As opposed to personalisation options (the order of the icons) being lost when the user logs out, it would be better if they were associated with the user accounts and kept the icon order when the person logged out and back in again, as opposed to them having to rearrange.

Allow the feedback/problem/ideas options to be hidden or better controlled
As many institutions have their own support desk, there's a growing need to integrate the feedback function in CampusM with these ticketing systems or allow admins to hide from view, so CampusM isn't creating an additional stream of support calls outside of the main system.
