Offer users option to login for more results
When system detects that users are not logged in, Primo should offer users the option to login to get all of the results to which they are entitled.

We've implemented something like this with javascript/php code linked from our footer tile: https://github.com/LincolnUniLTL/primo/blob/master/loginreminder.js.php
