Showing Cookies Banner on Primo VE
Legally, websites need to offer users the ability to opt out of cookies by default. Primo VE doesn't offer this or a banner to say that cookies are in use when accessing it.
This should be implemented as it is a legal requirement for us as libraries.

The type of cookies in Primo are ones that do not require consent as they are needed for the site to run. Primo doesn’t use any non-essential cookies.

I don't understand why this isn't already part of Primo VE!
Ex Libris knows the law - they use a cookie notice is on their own website. Legal requirements shouldn't be a feature request that we have to use up votes for, but voting I am.
