Pre-filter for Primo database search
Please add pre-filters to the Primo database search to allow users to filter their results prior to performing a search (as it is possible for a general Primo search).
This would be very helpful for e.g. database types (bibliographies, dictonaries, subject gateways, reference works, etc.) or other database indicators like "Open Access", "Full Text database", "Database supports OpenURL", etc.
It should be possible to use these pre-filters in combination with all database search options:
- search for a keyword
- A to Z index search
- Category search
and choosen pre-filters should remain for the session (like the "sticky" facets), if they are not changed by the user.
Thank you in advance!

Category search is possible, at least in Primo VE, but it is not as easily activated as the category search for journals.
