Apply Controlled Vocabulary Service to Primo Browse
Currently, the Controlled Vocabulary Service is only applied to Primo Search. With the CVS, when users search for a term like "heart attack", they see both the list of all results and a message at the top of the results saying "Including 'myocardial infarction'. Just search 'heart attack'". This allows the user to specify which terms are in use, and to narrow them to just the specific term searched for if desired. Primo Browse lacks this service, and only returns precise results, but it would still be useful for users to be presented with an option to instead see similar "See" references if there's an alternate term in the Vocabulary that would match what they search for.
