Allow boosting IZ records when displaying FRBR groups
As a member of a consortium, we would like to see our local records displayed first while looking at FRBR groups.
The current sorting and prioritization methods do not help with achieving this.

Agreed, and further:
As a consortia library user and staff member, I would like to see ranking/boosting configurations from the Brief Results also apply to FRBR grouping -- both with selecting the preferred record and the sort inside the group-- to ensure consistent behavior in both Brief Results and FRBR groups.
