Can this topic be reopened? As public institutions we are required to comply with accessibility guidelines for our public websites. Not just because our government reviews and fines us for it, but because it is our duty to serve our audience. Complying to these guidelines will be beneficial for everyone and the entire experience.
In the meantime governments have become stricter and guidelines have been extended.

Accessibility options should be implemented by default in all majors Ex Libris higher-ed solutions (like Alma, Primo, Summon, Leganto, campusM). An 'Accessibility Tools' menu like at https://www.kbr.be/en/ would be great!
