Prevent OTB icons from loading before custom icons
Although Primo customers have the option of using custom resource type icons, the out-of-the-box icons still load momentarily before being replaced by the custom icons. This enhancement would prevent the OTB icons from loading for customers who opt to use their own icons.

This issue has been resolved in the Primo August 2019 Release.

Custom media icons were loading too slowly. This has been fixed.
