Increase the number of records allowed in the “View Online” tab
Right now, only 25 records can be displayed under the “view online” tab in Primo. If this limit is increased, or removed entirely, libraries will have greater flexibility when creating collections. For example, we have 48 local portfolios that we linked to a single bib record, and we would like all of those portfolios to be displayed under the “view online” tab of that item. So, we propose removing the limit altogether, allowing libraries to decide how many records they want to appear under the “view online” tab. We worked on this project with Ex Libris, and they ultimately advised us to submit our suggestion to the idea exchange as this is considered an “enhancement request.” Thanks!
Thanks you for this suggestions. With the Primo VE November 2021 release users can see all View It services, if this is enabled for more details refer to the release notes

As of now, this is a Primo VE issue. In "classic" Primo there is a solution: Alma configuration menu --> Resources --> General --> Other Settings, and in the row of the parameter key "enable_view_it_show_all_results", change the parameter value to "true". Then you can see all the portfolios.
However it does not apply to Primo VE so the issue still stands.
The Israeli customers have problems with this in particular because some of the biggest Israeli suppliers (Kotar, Magnes) do not create a setup fitting for e-journals, but instead treat every issue like it is a single book (monograph). It means we cannot create one bibliographic record with one portfolio with coverage, but instead create one bibliographic record with lots of portfolios - each portfolio is a single issue. It means every portfolio is important and they all should appear for the patron to see.
Therefore, it is important to allow the patron to see all the portfolios in Primo VE too.
