Exclude online material
Many library users want to search for print material and not the online material. We want to be able to exclude the online material. Right now you can choose to search print material that is available on the shelf, but doing that you miss out on the titles that are out on loan.

We have TotalCare and do not have access to the PBO, but TotalCare was able to adjust our configurations so that the "Available in the Library" also includes items that have been loaned out.
Our "Available in the Library" shows all of our physical items and will indicate in the status whether or not the item is currently available in the library or has already been checked out. This way, our students are still able to see what is available to them and place holds on items that are checked out.

The Full Text Online facet currently works differently from the other facets and it is not possible to exclude it.
It seems odd that Primo allows users to exclude "Available in the Library" results from searches by using that facet and the "Exclude This" function, but there is no "Exclude This" function for the "Full Text Online" facet. What we ultimately want to do is see in our results list EVERYTHING that is not full text online. We want to see the items that are available, AND the items that are signed out. Users in my library, at least, are still interested in physical items. -

We have a top level facet configured for this called "Physical items", in addition to the out of the box "Available in the Library". In brief, it adds top level facet data to the PNX if the resource is published to Primo from Alma as Alma-P.
