course reserve
Course Reserves:
Requested Enhancement: Offer interface with drop-down menus for Course Title, Course Department, and Course Instructor (similar to drop-down menus in Voyager)
Currently users can search for course reserves, but there is not a good mechanism to browse. Offering drop-down menus would easily allow users to see what was currently on course reserve by course title, department and instructor.
Thank you for considering

A library asked me about Course Reserve browse just this week, and I pointed them to this Idea Exchange. This functionality would still be appreciated.

Yes please. Our patrons continue to struggle with finding course reserves. I'm happy to add votes to all suggestions that will make it easier

I agree that it is difficult for users to see which course a title is reserved for, whether or not their instructor has placed reserve materials, if there is something available for a course or other reasons. Trying to promote having the option to use course reserves would be easier if it were visible and accessible to users.

Being able to browse through Course Reserves information (Course Title, Department, etc.) would be valuable to our library patrons as well.

This is exactly the way we would like to access our course reserves. Reserves are our heaviest circulating materials. Please consider adding this functionality!

That capability would be very useful for students and faculty who want to make sure what they have in reserves truly matches what are using in the classroom.

I also am very interested in seeing this capability in Primo VE.

I would appreciate this enhancement for Primo VE.
It is much easier for patrons to browse the list of available courses/instructors to review a reserve list than to remember the correct words in order to search. -

We would like to add Course Reserve fields to the Browse Search.
