Allow upload of SVG image files via File Uploader
We have had some design work done for us and were supplied with a number of SVG format image files. The current Primo File Uploader does not support SVG format image files, but it should.

Regarding the new Primo UI, it would be nice if SVGs could be used for material type icons. Currently, it seems that you have to use PNGs.

Perhaps easiest would be to look for an svg-primo-ui.svg file in the custom directory, superseding the standard version of the file.
