This would be swell. We spend a lot of time changing the from address on tickets to the actual questioner address. Sometimes you forget and then have to go back and resend the response. Update: I opened a ticket with support as I thought there MUST be a way to enable this but support confirm this idea is our only hope! If I could use all my votes on this idea I would.

We are new to Alma and I am astounded at how tedious this is! Drag and Drop would be a huge time saver here.

We just migrated to Alma last week and would really like for patrons to be able to opt out of return receipts. As others have stated it makes little sense that a patron could opt out of an overdue notice but not an informational return receipt. For now, we are going to have to disable return receipts for everyone as we are already getting complaints.

We'd like the option of different default sort routines for serials or monographs in Primo VE. After all - we can have multiple sort routines in Alma for ourselves - why not better options for our users?

We are new to Alma and this would be very useful for us. Our desired behavior would be the patron only gets a letter if and when a due date actually changes - recall or not.
