    Any update on this, it would be very much valued now we're all running Click and collect services. retrieving material for a user who then turns out not to be entitled to borrow the book is very frustrating and wasteful of staff time.

    Totally agree, we'd love to suppress purchase request when the item is a journal article or a journal - instead we have to reject the request and refer them to Inter-library loan. This wastes time for users and staff.
