    It's more about solving bugs than adding features. If we automate the return of items, it is simply not possible to handle home delivery safely. We need a solution that adds an extra step to ensure that we send the item to the right person (like in non Rapido request).

    It would be a very important improvement:
    - Allow automated merge of duplicated accounts
    - Correction of corrupted accounts: in a network environment => create a new copy from the network zone, merge the old corrupted account into the new one. This way you can keep loan history and other details and repair the corrupted account without having to delete it.

    With data protection legislation becoming ever more restrictive, it's important to have the right tools to improve compliance.
