Ability to delete labels from available options
Sometimes a label is needed for a situation that then gets cleared up, and then the label is never needed again. Those tags stay in the list of tags forever, and then we have to scroll past them to get to the labels we need. Please give us a way to delete labels that we are not actively using.

Hi,
Today in order to remove a label that is not in use anymore you will need to remove the label from the system. This means cleanup requests that have it and removing it from mediation rules or copyright rules that might add it. Once the label is removed it will not be offered again as an option in the dropdown menu for labels.

Hi, Judith, this is still an issue, now identified developer as a defect our case #07765222 - i.e. Unable to remove unused or old Rapid labels from "Autocomplete" drop list in Rapido Alam Borrowing / Lending request page even if associated requests are removed, and facets are cleared.
