Order Discovery Results by Preferred Rapido Pod availability

It would be nice if we could configure Discovery scope and search profile results to prioritize results based on local availability and preferred borrowing pods. Currently, the unfiltered CDI results required for Rapido often bring results to the top that are not held by the home library or any of their resource sharing partners. Sometimes, results held locally or with partners will appear further down the page where the patron is less likely to find it. This is especially aggravating when all the results are for different records of the same book.
Instead of the completely unordered form we have now, I propose an enhancement where materials matching the search owned locally are brought to the top, followed by the next highest priority Rapido pod, then the next. The searches would still bring exact matches to the search terms to the very top, but would then order by pod.
