PDF Viewer
The new PDF viewer is crisper but it is unfortunate you cannot save highlights directly into RefWorks like the prior version. It also doesn't have an option to type notes. This is suboptimal for those using this for schoolwork. That one one of my favorite parts about using RefWorks.

New Highlights are saved in the new reader, as they were in the older one. Additionally, when downloading a PDF, highlights are now included. However, highlights made in older PDF reader are not automatically available in the new one.
New features include adding freeform notes and freeform highlights, which also work well for images within a PDF. Same as previously, document notes are available. We are planning future improvements to include notes on highlighted text.
