Easily Recognizable APA 7 Standard Format
When selecting APA 6 for the RefWorks bibliography, you see a standard option and other variations.
• APA 6th - American Psychological Association, 6th Edition
• APA 6th - Annotated with Abstracts - American Psychological Association, 6th Edition
• APA 6th - Annotated with Abstracts - No Title Casing Applied - American Psychological Association, 6th Edition
• APA 6th - No Title Casing Applied - American Psychological Association, 6th Edition
• APA 6th - No Title Casing Applied, New DOI - American Psychological Association, 6th Edition
When selecting APA 7, no standard/basic option is indicated.
According to section 9.34 of the APA 7 manual, DOIs should be included with references when available. According to section 9.35 of the APA 7 manual, DOIs should presented in the following format: https://doi.org/xxxxx. There are exceptions (e.g.,when no doi is available), but these sections outline the basic standard. Thus, the default for APA 7 should be the following: APA 7th - Sentence Casing, DOI:https://.
I think it is valuable to have variations available, but most students (and many faculty and other professionals) are not going to have enough experience to identify which RefWorks APA 7 option is best. Users need to be able to determine the standard option quickly.
I propose a display of APA 7 bibliography options like the following:
• APA 7th – APA 7th Edition Standard Formatting (SentenceCasing, DOI: https://)
• APA 7th - No Case Changes (No Title Casing), DOI: empty
• APA 7th - No Case Changes (No Title Casing), DOI: https://
• and so forth...
Thank you for considering my request.

And to please stop replacing my Title Case edits on each refresh. I understand (No Title Casing), but how about not modifying my edits. Re-editting 50 citations is VERY annoying.
