Clearer web page instructions for creating an alternative password for RCM.
More detail of how to set up the alternative password option would be useful. We no longer recommend using WNC and want to encourage new users to try RCM. Thank you for the update, please can you add detail about legacy users or previous legacy users as they don't seem to have the same Alternate Password option as new users. I realise we need to contact you to get a unique username & password for this.
