Remove formating on import
Cut and pasted or imported html to be stripped before adding to RefWorks. This would separate the content from it's styling and allow the selected citation style to work correctly.

Agreed! Would love to be able to adjust the width of the sidebar on the left so we can see the full folder names at a glance. Have had several patrons complain about this.
