I’m happy to update that with the recent June release, admins can now export a user data csv file. The data can then be sorted or filtered in excel as needed.

We really want to the function that we can extract the user's login data on NEW RefWorks.
We would like to extract the person who has not been logging in for a long time and we want to get the data in CSV form.
I am glad if it can be realized. -

Some of legacy RefWorks admins delete user accounts sorted by last login date regularly. Similar features in New RefWorks is needed.

Please add the feature that allows libraries to find out how many new accounts were developed by activation date. This is a great way for us to show our administration how active RefWorks is being used by new users. We need to show that RefWorks is bringing in new accounts in order to justify the cost.
