APA references for journal articles need correct formatting
It has been brought to my attention when I submit papers using RefWorks APA style that the references for journal articles are incorrect. The title is italicized, the name of the journal is not there but instead the publisher information is there. There is no volume number, issue number, or page number. I am not going to continue to use RefWorks because I do not trust the quality of the citations. I am spending a lot of time correcting it that I will create the reference myself.

The new Add-in app really really sucks! It's terrible
Used Refworks for 8 years, but the new update really really sucks! The add-in app in word jumps to the new and old refworks back and forth

Bring back access code so people w/o RefWorks account can edit
We are happy that public sharing is now available! Except that the option to send an access code so that people without a RefWorks account can edit/make modifications seems to no longer be available. This is something that we used frequently for committee members who don't work here and don't have an account, but still need to collaborate on a document. Please bring back the access code option!

Ensure CSL styles (Vancouver...) works well in RCM (RefWorks Citation Manager)
Users cannot use these CSL syles in Refworks Citation Manager because they don’t work correctly.
I give you an example with Vancouver CSL from RCM:

Write n cite plug in for Microsoft Word 2017 and later, I cannot cite with RefWorks anymore
Write n' Cite plug-in for Microsoft Word 2017 and later, please. I cannot revert the update as my university won't let me download earlier version packages and I cannot cite using RefWorks anymore.
3 votesFor Word 2016 and above RefWorks Citation Manager (RCM) should be used. WnC is for Word 2016 and lower only. RCM is available for Windows and Mac through the Microsoft store. Hide/Remove a System Folder
Unidentified folders which are not created/shared in an account are displayed on WNC.
Uncreated/Unshared folders in an account are displayed on WNC. We've heard that they are system folders to sync WNC documents with RefWorks and we cannot hide or remove them at the present specification. Could you please meke it possible?3 votesThank you for your feedback. We are not planning any new development for the WnC feature, as WnC is planned to end by Q2 2025. We recommend using the RefWorks Citation Manager going forward. The ability to move references.
Be able to move references manually since once you put them in besides the hard sorting of authors and such there is no way to change order.

Make the Legacy Refworks link on the interstitial page the same size as Regular Refworks.
Until recently the two RefWorks options have been the same size. Now the new Refworks is much larger (more obvious) than Legacy. We recommend Legacy more often than the new version because Legacy allows students to have many accounts (very useful for systematic reviews). By making the new version much larger, you are leading them to the one that is less useful for review projects.
2 votesSince the overwhelming majority of users are on (new) RefWorks, many customer asked that we change this page. The equivalent of multiple accounts is Projects, which was released Dec. 2018. Project sharing was released in May 2019, and allows performing collaborative systematic reviews. You can read more about projects in the RefWorks monthly release notes: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/RefWorks/Release_Notes/RefWorks_Release_Information and in the Working with Projects section of the RefWorks user guide: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/RefWorks/Product_Documentation/RefWorks_User_Guide/0400_Managing_References#Working_with_Projects

Provide automatic doi insertion in new Refworks
In the new Proquest Refworks the doi can only be inserted manually. In the legacy version this was uploaded automatically when importing references.

What about Write-N-Cite in Word 2019?
Many new students are now working with Word 2019; does the newest version of Write-n-Cite (4.6.69) support this Word version?
1 voteThe new version of RCM (RefWorks Citation Manager) that will be released early 2020 will support Word 2019. WnC supports Word 2016 and lower, and currently there are no plans to have it support higher versions. Users of these versions should use RCM, available in the Microsoft store.

APA 6th website with no author
The current method that RCM uses does not look like the APA 6th method, e.g. APA 6th e.g. "The Quick Brown Fox," 2019 RCM e.g. The quick brown fox.2019.
