How can we improve Content?

Knowledge Unlatched KU Select 2017

Dear support

Since the contents of Knowledge Unlatched until KU Select 2016 successfully received a target, I hereby like to request a target for KU Select 2017 as well.

Concerning the information flow, the provider recommends Ex Libris to use the XML feed available in the KU platform (tailored for sharing metadata with distribution partners). This way Ex Libris can rest assured that they always include the latest Open Access books and future Open Access collections. Furthermore, the provider would be thankful to have a contact person at Ex Libris in order to make the inclusion of new content within the SFX KB more fluent. Can you therefore provide me with a contact including email-address, please? I will glady forward it the provider.

Thank you for your service.

Kind regards,
Stefan / Zentralbibliothek Zürich

        Dear support

Concering this case, Mr. Tom Mosterd, Discovery & Account Manager from Knowledge Unlatched, is also very interested in the creation of the target demanded here. Mr. Mosterd has shared files with Ex Libris on a dedicated FTP server for KU on November 3rd. He is currently in touch with your Miss Arlene Keehn. In order to make the titles available to our patrons, it's required that they are in SFX. Thank you for sticking to this case, since it's hard enough to gather enough votes from colleagues, since votes are limited and everyone has their own cases to vote for as well.

Thank you for taking this matter serious and not just postponing it.

        Kind regards,
        Stefan/Zentralbibliothek Zürich
