WhatsApp, Skype for business available in right pane
At the moment only a few chat programs can be integrated. I would love to integrate WhatsApp or Skype for Business, or common chat functionalitied in the right pane.
So the library can use the chat software of the organisation instead of buying edxtra software

I use Skype for my business and so far everything suits me, but in any case, I hope that in the future there will be more such platforms
