Trigger Owner Subscription Letter on rollover and on active auto_set_instructors_as_owners

We would like the Owner Subscription Letter to activate when instructors are automatically set as owners to corresponding reading lists. We would like this to happen on rollover as well.

The Leganto Notification Letter is to imprecise to function well as information for the instructors when they have been added as owners to a reading list.

We can't see why the OWS only triggers when you are added as an owner when in Leganto, or when added in Alma and you actively choose "Send E-mail".

Now we need to retrieve the contact information from Course Reserves in Analytics. Since these data is delivered with multiple instructors in each row, you need to work on these data in order to split each and every instructor into single rows. You then have to send an e-mail with "global" information, since it would be way to time consuming to give each and every one of the owners a notification containing only information on their reading list(s).

    Hello,

    Can my earlier comment please be addressed? We are still finding that reading list owners are not receiving the letter when the configuration 'auto_set_instructors_as_owners' is set to true. Therefore this idea is not complete.

    I am not sure that this idea is Completed. The idea asks that the owner subscription letter is sent when instructors are automatically added to reading lists.

    The November release feature is:
    If the Leganto parameter, auto_set_instructors_as_owners, is set to true, and the Receive Notifications by Email field is checked in the Leganto User Settings, an email is now sent on rollover of instructors for a newly created list.

    This seems to indicate that the letter is only sent during the rollover process and not when instructors are automatically added to lists at other times, such as course details being updated via API.

    Please clarify.

    Could you please tell me when this is planned? We're having our next rollover in the beginning of october this year, and would love for this to be working by then.
