Ability to add items from COLLECTIONS to LISTS.
Right now, there isn't a direct way to add items from Collections to list sections, although you can add from List to Collection. I am not sure why, but it would be great if we can use the Collections section as a canvas, as my wonderful colleague Jane suggested, so there is flow between Lists<-->Collections. Ideally, it would be awesome if there was an option to do this with batch selection (having the ability to select multiple items with the tick box option as it is the case in Collection--see images).

Enable Process and Enrich Citations to run as a scheduled job
This job needs to be run on a regular basis to ensure that all citations are linked to repository records, but this must currently be done manually by a member of library staff. It would be very useful if the job could be scheduled to run automatically.

Improvment suggestions for the Bag it function
Hi,
Several of our institutions have chosen to hide the Bag It! Function in the option menu. They agree it’s a nice concept, but the drawbacks described under led to that decision:- The citations in Bag it disappear when logging out, which comes as a surprise for many instructors. In some cases, they put a lot of work in making the Bag it list.
- Users cannot sort the list according to different criteria, which doesn’t make this tool very practical.
- Users cannot move citations over to “My collection”. Not a must, but nice to have.
I hope this can be…

the display of Recommended Lists must be optional set

List Publishing - allow Publish button (from Sept 29 release) to be a Publish/Unpublish toggle)
Further to previous list publication ideas which have been progressed through to being added to Leganto,
https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/395697-leganto/suggestions/33503525-improve-the-visibility-of-publish-list-optionIt would be useful if the September 2019 option to display a Publish button in a list was actually a Toggle between Publish and Unpublish (or Draft).
Currently it is a little confusing (as it was before the Publish button was added as an option) to have the publish button appear, but once clicked, it disappears into the List menu as an 'Unpublish' option.
This is confusing to Instructors as it is not immediately apparent what has happened to the publish…

Display templates and other elements in the interface language
In today's interface, if you want the same template in different languages, you have to either create one for each language, or remember to have both languages in the section title when creating the template.
EX: Section 1: Obligatorisk/Mandatory
Templates consist of a name, description and section names. The person creating the template could be given the option to translate these fields when creating the template. Of course, it would be an advantage if templates could be edited later on.
All templates should be visible regardless of the interface language, but the template should be shown in the same language…

Make tags clickable
Tags look clickable in Leganto, even if they are not. It creates the expectation that something should happen. Some users might expect they will be taken to the full text of the citation, depending on the tag label.
What we would like to happen when a user clicks on a tag is that they get an overview of all the citations with the same tag. It's a quicker and more intuitive way than the current way of filtering by tag.

Allow removal of LTI-added lists from My lists by users themselves
It would be useful for all categories of user - Instructor, Student and Librarian to have the facility to actively remove any list/s which have been added to their My lists page either by dint of being a course or list owner, OR simply by having follow the LTI link from a VLE/CMS/LMS course link.
Librarian staff have ended up stuck with lists because of this, but also because we wish normally to auto add instructor role and auto add instructor as owners, it would still be useful to allow all users to actively decide to control what they have…

Add a Leganto-specific email address after "Reply to" in notification letters
Some institutions use a Leganto-specific email address, which they would like to add at the end of the Leganto notifications letters, where it says "Reply to" (see attachment).
The address listed after that (Contact us) is a general email address for the library/institution.
Not all of them may need to use different addresses but it would be nice to have the option.
Could you consider making the necessary changes, and add a <leganto_email> element in the XML as well (XML to letter admin)?

Make it easier to edit templates within Leganto
Once a template has been created it is not possible to update or edit it without saving it as a new template. It also means that other lists using the original template aren't updated and have to be updated manually. We would like the option to edit templates more easily and for any changes to be saved to all reading lists using that template.
18 votesReading list templates can be edited in the new UI as of the November 2023 release. We cannot apply changes to reading lists that were previously created using the template because once the list is created it is not linked to the template. Instructors can edit the sections.

Cite It support for LexisLibrary
LexisLibrary is a commonly used database of UK legal resources and articles. It would be much appreciated by our staff and students if Cite It support could be offered for this site.

Customisable text box in Leganto UI to provide library contact details
We would like the option for a library enquiry email address and phone number to be visible on all screens in the Leganto UI. A customisable text box could be added to the bottom left corner of the screen with this information.

Ability to configure name of library staff for display in Library Discussion
When notes are posted in Library Discussion, the full name of the user displays. We would like to be able to configure how we display staff names (for example, first names only).

Let teachers make their own content open access
We have three kinds of content:
* copyrighted material - should never be OA
* teacher-created content that they want to keep to their class only
* teacher-created content that they'd like to share with other teachers and/or use to promote their classTo accommodate this third group, we'd like functionality that would let teachers tag content they've uploaded to be made open access. Functionality should:
make teachers confirm they (or the university as their employer) own the IP
let them choose a Creative Commons license
provide a permalink for the item where it's accessible publically
provide a platform where…

Button to toggle list editor/manager status for all collaborators at once
In almost all cases, we want collaborators to be able to manage their lists rather than just edit them. This means having to individually change the setting for each collaborator after adding them.
It would be much quicker if there was a single button in the 'Manage collaborators' window to switch all other collaborators from 'Can edit list' to 'Can manage list', and vice versa. This button should only be visible to library staff and existing list managers.

Frequently auto-refresh Leganto reading lists so statuses are updated without having to continually, manually refresh the page
I think it would be helpful to auto-refresh Leganto reading lists so any real-time changes are evident without having to manually refresh the page. This suggestion arose when library staff were trying to help faculty troubleshoot problems over the phone, but I think it would be helpful in general.

Identify and combine related editions in Leganto
Problem: A lack of FRBRisation in bibliographic records in Alma means that in Leganto different formats of the same title can only be offered on individual citations, i.e. the print edition will be one
citation, and the eBook will be on another citation. We want to be able to offer all available formats of a title to our students.Impact: Without the ability to combine citations of the print and electronic version of the same title, they currently appear as if they are two required readings (see attachment 1).
The lack of ability to combine multiple versions of the same…

Instructor view mode
It would be useful to be able to view a list from the perspective of an instructor, rather than as library staff or as a student.
For example, we have different levels of tag visibility and would like to test how these appear for instructors.
