We have a link to browse on our catalogue homepage to show new items added to the collection within the last 7 days. We would like this search to ONLY show the titles we have ordered or received by donation; NOT the titles from open access collections. Often open access collection titles are in other languages or on topics we don't need at our library so they are not helpful to our users to have in the new items search results list.
We would like to be able to specify which records/collections are displayed in certain circumstances.
eg: general searching includes all resources including open access collections but a New Items Search only searches items added/ordered by library staff.
