Exact time of Due Date for the loans for hours
For cases of a loan for hours, there is no option to make the return time be earlier than the closing time of the Library.
At our university we loan for hours laptops and other materials, which users must return before closing the Circulation desks (20.30), not at the libraries closing time (23.59).
In the Advanced policy setting of due date, there is the option to include a specific time when the unit of measure is days, weeks or months, but not in hours.
We believe that it would be necessary to have this possibility to manage these loans correctly.5 votesHello All,

loan status letter
The FulItemChangeDueDateLetter is found under General Configuration Menu > Letter Activity, but it is not possible to find it in Letter Emails.
Only SMS version exists for "Change Due Date". Where is this letter?

The EMAIL version is called "Loan Status Notice", for the "Full Item Change Due Date Letter". (In: General Configuration Menu > Letter Emails).Why would you change the wording of the letter in Letter Emails?? makes it impossible to find unless you know that. thanks

Improve Close Lost Loans Job
The existing close lost loans job is a great idea. However, it doesn't perform as described here: http://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Knowledge_Articles/Create_a_set_to_close_lost_loans
To improve this job please, make it possible to detach lost loans from patrons accounts AND withdraw those items in the same job. Also, please make it possible to use a field such as due date or checkout date to set the criteria.

Show call number in brief record
It is possible to configure what is displayed in the brief record however one cannot choose to display the call number.
It requires more cliks to see where the physical material is to be found. It would be great if one could find the information directly from the result page of a search.

Loan receipt with calendar reminder event
It was very useful to have a calendar reminder for student/staff when they received the Loan receipt. It could be an outlook calendar file, Google calendar or event.

Print patron loans to pdf
When Borrowing activity report is not active, it is very hard to print a list of loans for customer. It would be handy to print a tidy list of loans to patron. Not excel that you have to edit quite a lot.

Give us a way to send a checkout receipt after we have forgotten to click "done."
Sometimes staff forget to click "done" after a checkout, then remember that they should have done it to send the email receipt. There is no way to send a receipt after the fact.

Closed Library Due Date Management language update
For the Closed Library Due Date Management policy, the value of "Move Backward-Move to end of previous open day" does NOT accurately describe what this setting actually does for hourly short loans. Why can't the value simply say, "Move due time to upcoming close time" or "Move to end of the same open day". No one is going to WANT to choose to move the due time to the actual PREVIOUS open day...that day is in the past.

In Fulfillment Notes - Can the text of the actual Note be larger than the accompanying text?
The text of the Note in Fulfillment Notes is smaller and less attention getting than the surrounding text, e.g.; "Are you sure you want to perform this action?"

Create exceptions for "Closed Library Due Date Management" Settings
We want to create exceptions for the "closed due date management" setting in our TOUs based on events in the calendar. For example, for single day exceptions such as for holiday closed dates like 4th of July, Memorial Day, etc., we want items due AFTER the exception, but for our month long winter break, we want everything due before the break begins so we can update our equipment and complete inventory over the break. An 'All returns' option in Manage Patron Services
We'd like to be able to configure the Returns screen in Manage Patron Services to show 'All Returns' as well as 'Returns this session', in the same way you can set the Loans screen to 'rememberlastloan_display' on Fulfillment config 'Other Settings'. Checking on a patron's return history requires an extra click, which constantly annoys staff!

Enable filtering by library when patrons use multiple libraries
Our readerss use more than one library in our institution. When I look at their borrowing record, it shows me all their loans, which in some cases might be 50+. Why can't we filter so it just shows me what they've got from our library?
