    Sería necesario además, permitir que las instituciones puedan enlazar sus propias portadas (desde el campo 856) y poder priorizar en Primo VE estas portadas locales por sobre una portada externa. En ocasiones, Primo VE despliega automaticamente portadas que no tienen relacion con el libro.
    En otras palabras, se requiere que Primo VE despliegue en primer lugar la portada local y si no existe, despliegue una externa segun la prioridad establecida por cada institución.
    Esto último, era factible de hacer en la version anterior de Primo.
