    This is a very important improvement that could save me a lot of time working with my journals. When I receive information about a publication date, I just want to have one workflow for changing the publication date in Alma. Right now I have to make a difference between claimed and unclaimed issues. If they are not yet claimed (which is common) but I need to change the date for multiple overdue issues, it takes a long time to open each item and change the date.

    Hi all,

    This idea was reviewed as part of planning 2026 roadmap, as the solution yet is not clear and we are still examining the possible solutions.

    This kind of sorting is more complex as it involves free text values and it requires different sorting method than what currently being used.

    This is currently not included in the 2026 roadmap.

    We will continue evaluate the possible solutions.
